Why Mental Health?

“I grew up in a family that was no stranger to mental health issues, but it also wasn't taboo. We learned that there are many things that we can do to help others who suffer from mental health conditions such as PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, and many more. With the impact of Covid on the entire world, I believe we are seeing an epidemic of mental health issues and have decided to focus my efforts on such.”
